exposure at our event. Act now, spaces are limited and time sensitive!


VENDOR SPACE:

Registration for your Vendor Space is due by March 1, 2011. Vendor Space includes:

  • A table and 2 seats

  • 2 "Evening Only" Passes (d/n include workshops or pre-party)

  • A reciprocal banner link from our website (i.e., you must put one on your site too)

  • The right to share your table with one other vendor (i.e., no more than 2 vendors per table)

  • Our spaces are sold on a first-come - first served basis and we have only 6 booths available.
  • Register NOW for your booth.

    Only $400 for the entire weekend (Friday noon to Sunday night).

    Special requests, like access to power, will be granted only if available... but let us know and we will check into it. We do not provide dressing rooms. Music or amplified sounds may only be played subject to the restrictions of the event Organizers and Hotel. (Note: Because this space abuts the Hotel lobby, it is advised that you bring headsets to sell your CDs)

    All booth locations are excellent and have very high visibility, are given on a first come first serve basis, and will remain the same all weekend.
